I left the following question on Fitness stack exchange, popular resource website. Maybe you can help. Also left credits to your channel. fitness.stackexchange.com/questions/44916/good-active-flexibility-stretch-for-mid-back *I am trying to find a "good active flexibility stretch for mid back" , besides the bridge which does everything : )
Thanks for this great video. I was convinced that you would show the "buddha on top" pose. But no ! You show how to warm-up to working on the top and many other possibilities :) Thanks for making working on the top less scary.
Yea I am so glad you enjoyed it. I definitely wanted to say this is for making the top less scary. Isn’t like the one in 6:13 that but with cross legs? Not sure if you are thinking what I have in mind 🙈
@@aerialpractice Yes, what I had in mind is some kind of hip hang with crossed legs like here : ruclips.net/video/Qszif7l8ne0/видео.html The way she shows it makes me... not want to try it yet. I need more baby steps :P
Glad to hear! We are doing live class this Saturday on spinning technique. I will be using sling but these techniques I learned from Hoop! Maybe you would like to give it a try!
with the seat at 7:16 could you drop that down into a figure of 4 hold or are the legs to wrong for it , i get the threat through i just cant remember how to leg
PS : Also standing on the bottom bar while holding the strap is actually the easiest way to get into the "hock split". It works so well when the hip can't handle rotation well. :D
This is the one, but this is a good point chiara. I should make one for hoop too because there are indeed small differences. While you wait, check this one out and hope it helps. I am going on a hoop retreat in may specifically to work on spinning, so I will come back with more learnings :) ruclips.net/video/-p3g5J5DwF4/видео.html

Could you maybe do a video with tips for when you get sick while spinning? I can’t find a single video about it :(
I did a video on spinning with aerial hammock (aerial sling) along with the strategy, it is the same for hoop.

Yea! From where?
Hello , if its ok with you Can I knew your weight?
Of course. I think i was about 56kg in this video?
Either way your rig point should hold WAY more than that.
