Thank you brother for your great review. Both locations have their own pros and cons. For transportation Beylikduzu is more closer to future metro lines and metrobus settlement. Also these seaside projects like Deniz Istanbul and the other neighbours changing the future of Beylikduzu region they are giving good life to the people. Now when we compare the buildings Beylikduzu buildings are more new projects. Buyukcekmece has need of regeneration for old buildings. For living purpose my vote is to Beylikduzu.
The Canal Istanbul is a dead project. It will never see the light since its only proponents are about to leave the power as well as a disastrous economy as their legacy behind
for government universities you need to consider ODTU ( METU ) in Ankara Boğaziçi in Istanbul for private universities Koç , Sabancı in Istanbul Bilkent in Ankara this is top 5
