I already knew this woman would be a pun master when I saw her "Come smell our dairy air" shirt
So many puns all day of filming too haha
It's 1/2 the reason why i'm in this business.
need more of this series!!! it's so nice to see our food from the source to the table. especially from smaller farmers and producers that have more ethical process and care. thanks for the upload. I love goat cheese 😍
Loved every second of this. Herb & Garlic Goat Cheese is one of my favourite things in the world. ps: goat cheese is amazing added to a quiche.
It's my favorite "whey" of using chevre for breakfast! Glad you liked the video!
Wow Rome! The whole sequence of your pancake creation was straight up food porn! You were so lucky to get those top notch ingredients. I loved this episode 😍
I ❤ goats!
Very friendly and smart animals. They're like dogs on hooves!
I met some on a sanctuary farm and they run right over to you to sniff, nose-nudge, and get pet. If my memory is on par, I believe they even licked like dogs.
I was drooling looking at them pancakes 😅😍
I'm so thankful for this video and the opportunity to learn more about the production of goat cheese! Those goats are to cute!
Our pleasure! :)
@@delish :)
Thanks Crag! We love what we do and we eat what we make.
Romel is a deLIGHT!!! Such a fun watch! Would love to see the production of wild rice somewhere in the states !!!
This was amazing! I'm now considering the many possible applications of goat cheese in my cooking.
BEAUTIFUL VIDEO 🐐🐐🐐
This is a pretty cool segment. Learned some new things about goats, already loved the cheese! Its interesting, whey is used in many consumer products in other parts of the world, but doesn't appear much over here.
Whey powder is the main method for using whey in the US. It's highly processed, but makes it possible to add protein into other foods including animal food as an ingredient. Other methods are diluted applications in fields and gardens as a natural fertilizer for acid loving plants like blueberries, but the acidity in whey prevents it from being used too much. I think our whey caramel syrup is a delicious "whey" to keep every drop of milk for human consumption. Glad you liked the video! Delish did a wonderful job.
@@portlandcreamery5995 Interesting. So maybe because its a major additive in everything, its not marketed to consumers directly? (except workout powders). In Europe they used to sell flavored whey drinks, kinda like yugurt.
@@MonkeyspankO Well, the health food and weight loss industry is alive and well! We're over here making delicious caramel syrup. ha!
Beautiful presentation❤
What a wonderful video! I agree, we need more of this series! :) My hometown, Glastonbury CT, has exceptional historic farms but some are sadly closing down. I vote for you to please look into the products from Glastonbury, CT! Just messaged a local friend and he suggested Killam and Bassette on Tryon Street, and Hops on the Hill farm brewery on Dug Road in South Glastonbury. Oh, the possibilities for an amazing video!! ♥
Nicely Done Rome 🙌.
JO JO IN VT 😆💕🍁💨
omg yuuuuuum 🥺
I didn't learn shit from this. I was to enthralled with the host demeanor. Is light puns while keeping the the focus on the people giving the subject going! Deviled egg condom! That man held so much sarcasm back! I love this dude. P.s. first video I saw from him
Bless her, I'm vegan for ethical reasons these goats are waaay happier than cows
I’m not a pancake girl but these pancakes look 🔥🥲
Goat 💚
It says Right on the instructions of the non stick pans to Not use cooing spray. It destroys the non stick surface.
👏👏👏
So. All I need is a goat then.
A specific type lol some don't produce a lot of milk
@@ruesamz yes, there's some goats that are excellent producers like in the video but some aren't
@@lizpimentel2566 yeah for sure, I had their exact thought initially but then I learnt it's not so simple😂😂 we have a milk goat breed that produces quite a lot of milk so more like a practical experience haha😂
😋🤩
،👍♥️👍♥️😘😘😘👍👍👍👍👍👍
@youtube gave me 8 @pom egrant commercials... I've had pom two times in my life, it's very potent and now I'm never considering even looking it's way 😂
