Everton fans did have have posters telling everyone that the PL was corrupt but very few other fans seemed to care and that the PL would be coming for other clubs well it is now.

I like Aston Villa and Chelsea just blatantly insider dealing to get round these sham rules. Just go to Forest, do a reciprocal agreement, make it blatant by selling a player for just over the PSR deficit and tell the PL, take us to court, we will out litigate you, after all, legal fees are PSR exempt. The PL are already in a big legal battle on two or three fronts, they cannot afford to keep suing their own members.
As I’ve said elsewhere, the PL still haven’t sanctioned Man United for their illegal approach and tapping up of Ashworth, Ratcliffes bringing the game into disrepute and their employment of Omar when on gardening leave. If there is an e mail with his Ineos account, that is proof they are using him, that equates to a transfer ban, but they won’t do that to them will they?
So let’s get this right… you can only spend a percentage of your yearly profit, the main bulk of which is sponsorship & TV revenue…. But you’re not allowed to have sponsors that pay you more than what the PL deems your club is worth (which is whatever number they pull out their arse on a particular day).
So the only remedy to that is to win competitions and gain popularity, to satisfy higher sponsorship deals for the PL….. but to win you need money for top players, that comes from said sponsorship deals.
Basically if your team doesn’t play in red then fucking forget about it. It’s more rigged than BP oil.

Would you believe that in the last 20 years the only teams to finish in the top 4, are Everton (once) Leicester (once) Newcastle (once) and Villa (once). The rest of the places filled from the Top 6.

Great rant, the other thing you forgot to mention was how the League cup draw has been altered (rigged) in order to protect the cartel clubs, to ensure they progress further to make more money. It’s an absolute piss take.
I've long maintained that FFP/PSR can't be linked to income. Income numbers can be fudged this way. Tie the system to debt. Don't punish clubs that are debt-free and have the resources to invest. Punish the clubs who take on dangerous levels of debt and put the club's very existence in jeopardy.
I needed this. Nowt like a good chuffing rant to start the weekend. Chris you are a legend mate. You are also bang on. The PL is tying itself up in so many knots that it will strangle itself eventually. There will also be such an anti-competitive legal action shortly against them, (and UEFA) that Dickwad Ubertosspot will not know which way to turn. As they say the horse has bolted from the traps now, and in Newcastles case we were winning near the finish line and the prem put a 10ft fence in front of us, as soon as Newcastle gets ahead they stick restrictions on us, everyone can see it, they didn't bank on Eddie howe though, he's still doing a great job even when they block us, to have the bare faced cheek to question any of our transfers is a joke after the way Chelsea are spending like it's going out of fashion, if any of the teams want that loophole closed just ask our owners to do what Chelsea are doing you can guarantee it will be closed out the next day.
Think its time clubs step away from the Premiership .We have done it before it can be done again and become far more successful.

Another thing! FFP has been set at £105m for years, I watched an expert who said with inflation that figure should be £213 m to stay at the same rate. The premier league need to realise there’s no trophy for “we balanced the books better” furthermore we aren’t accountants either, we are football fans and all football fans want their clubs to be the best it can be. It's an utter mess. The problem is the club owners hate each other and can't agree anything to succeed these rules. Owners should be allowed to put in 100m a season for transfers.
