It's 2021 and a few things I've noticed that are different than the golden years . 1. Sex was important even for marketing people looked more happy with the freedom of sex . 2. People hated war , bad politics , and conformity. Now days you have to pick a side which is the man's way of making you conform. 3.Music was happy upbeat and motivation 4. People gathered in social situations more to exchange information. 5. Commercials was aimed toward outside instead of inside . 6. People danced and was far more happy and less judgmental. 7. Less medical Commercials about depression and anxiety to convenience society they are sick .
Great observation. I was 15/16 in 96 and what I remember was being outside a lot. Kids would congregate wherever they could either skateboard or drink coffee without being ran off by the cops. So Denny's and parks were popular. When I was indoors I was either at my highschool bff's house listening to tapes and college radio playing Nintendo and at he I had a walkman still and tapes and would watch t.v withy family and eat dinner..and no one had a phone during dinner, we were all very present in the moment.
I miss 1994 through 2000. But 2006 and 2009 were great for me. And around 2008 too. It is just boring now. Getting more sick and not having more fun, working too much. I hate going to sleep now to face the next day.
I would like nothing more than to have a Blockbuster night with Claudia Schiffer. That commercial was 1996. Today she’s 52 and still hot as she was back then.
God, this makes me so nostalgic. I'd give anything to go back to those days, everything just seemed... simpler (Even if it probably wasn't)

I often reply to these older videos with how back then we couldn't wait for the future. Now that the future is here, we wish we could go back!
