I always go for whoever is driving the Nissan! That car is very difficult! I definitely feel they made it better in 7 over Sport, a little less acceleration and a little more handling.
A few comments here. Was there seriously no backup for Jaguar? There are at least 2 other drivers who could have stepped in. Also was Kylian forced to use the BRZ? The WRX would have been more competitive for Scooby here.
In the case of the latter question, most likely. I think the vehicles for the Manufacturers Series are preselected by Polyphony to what they deem the most balanced. ... I think. I just use that assumption because it seems the most logical.
@@greatsageclok-roo9013 Maybe. Though it's easy to argue that any vehicle able to be used in the main series itself should be able to be used in the final if the driver so wanted to. Afterall they may well have got to the final using that car because it suits them more.

Great race. A lots of positions changes. I hope Inostroza gets fired from Porsche. He made a lots of mistakes in this race. Mangano also made a few mistakes. Overall a great race!
A driver can't be fired, mate. The real-world manufactures don't ACTUALLY involve themselves with the e-sport side of things unless they're partnering/revealing a new VGT. Inastroza was the best qualified driver for the manufacturer from his region. The most that can be done is he gets replaced by a teammate from one of the other regions.

Why not make the Nations and Manufacturers liveries in game? And make single player Cups that have the races and settings for so we can race Fraga and Gallo etc? Massive missed opportunity for meaningful content
Because of art licensing. If they were to make them available in-game, they would need to pay royalties for each account to use them. Not only that, since an artist has a contract with PD to design these liveries, the agreement lives outside of the original PD license use with manufacturers (Separate from PD agreements). If PD hired you to make liveries and art assets for the game, and you wanted to slap a Pirelli sticker on there, you'd need the permission from Pirelli Tire Group to amend the original agreement with PD. That usually includes a re-work of license fees (International licensing, no less).
I don’t not think so - it’s being broadcast on RUclips and Twitch so if if what you were saying was right, it would have to be in place for that. And we wouldn’t have the livery editor with Pirelli decals in game and be allowed to use them?
@@junkerdenb5063 In-game use of digital arts is completely different then showing them on RUclips. I've worked these agreements with artists. 3rd party commercial use is protected by copyright. You can use any branding in game if you aren't making a cent off it. It's called a fair-use clause.

Absolutely... If you ignore all the machinery that was added beyond the release of GT6 such as the new WRX, new Viper GTS, Lancer Final Evolution, Corvette C7, GR Supra RZ, ANYTHING with the name Porsche- Actually, there are plenty new cars since GT6. Even GT Sport.
It's pretty easy to correct slides on controller. I don't see the problem, in fact I found cars like the Genesis to be undrivable while with a stick you can do a quick flick and save it

Its gran turismo not assetto corsa. Every car is easily controllable with a controller. GT3 is infact one of the easiest group of cars to handle.
