- Here’s how to get tons of chain lightning. Crown of tempests. Arc ability kills and jolt kills increase your ability regen and extend the duration of your stormtrance super up to 30 seconds which is kinda nutty. The way we’re getting those kills is with delicate tomb. This creates ionic traces and when you collect those traces, this reloads itself and its next shot becomes overcharged, jolting anything it hits. So not only will you be creating ionic traces for ability energy, you’ll also get tons of jolt kills which feed into crown of tempests for even more ability energy and insanely long supers.

@@vgomni5752not every bulid has to be a GM slayer you can have bulids for general play and no one in their right mind is using stormtrance in a GM
Please do build test on GMs. It truly puts them to the test VS high end content.

Vandals 1-shot you in GM if there's arc threat, even with +3 arc resist if they headshot you, if it's bodyshot then 2-tap and you are dead. Snipers shanks same problem, so this build isn't that reliable in high end content. Test it out in Master Lost Sectors if you can.

I genuinely used this on the fallen saber GM, and it was seriously the only way I could complete it on ARC surge. Extremely good
@@deviousindividualwe had arc and solar surge in fallen Saber. AND you have overcharge on all champion mod weapons and on kinetic weapons if your super matches a surge. And artifact mod to overcharge certain weapons with specific origin traits...
Arc warlock is by far the weakest build you could possibly play in any content. Of course you can make it work and glad it did for you. But there is no reality in which it wouldn't be easier on prismatic with getaway Artist turrets or even solar with dragon's breath, aberrant action and dawn chorus.
Simply because of devour, radiant and restoration.
It’s my go to in GMs so I can definitely say that works pretty well
Fun little fact here while you are prismatic you have infinite up time on the chain lightning melee. Combo that with the damage resistance from amplified this season and you basically have storm trance at home except it lasts like 3 times longer.

you have infinite charges of any melee that requires contact i believe, like combination blow

Wouldn’t fallen sun star be better, because that stacks to 3 where fallen sunstar you would recharge faster with all the ionic traces
Yeah probably, also the 30 extra seconds on your super isn’t that useful on arc warlock

So happy i was already doing this, really not bad for even gold healths but give yourself 100 int and your getting stormtrance 2+ times per engagement.

Literally anything w voltshot so you don’t waste your exotic slot on a mid tier fusion
Delicate tomb also does 25% more damage while hip-firing
Fallen Sunstar better than Crown of Tempests with this weapon.
They literally go hand in hand for a reason. Really wish they would give storm trance a buff.

Ehhh i feel like delicate tomb pairs better with fallen sunstar, since it has synergy specifically with ionic traces
Crown of tempest works better with a voltshot primary imo, you get similar results without wasting a special and exotic.
Ive actually been using Crown as a prismatic warlock build with the new voltshot bow. Goes incredibly hard.
Just use Fallen Sunstar. The ability gains are much better, especially since Delicate Tomb produces a ton of them. The extra super duration is nice, but unnecessary.
Even as someone who likes Crown of Tempests, there's not much of a reason to use it outside of prismatic with arc abilities.
I could never decide between Delicate Tomb or Coldheart for ionic traces

It's better with fallen star or the laser beam legs. Never ending supers and abilities up plus a better super
Do people realise that the game does not revolve entirely around high end activities? Not every build has to be compatible in every situation.

Run any weapon with volt-shot
There are no more steps
But can you blink and talk at the same time?
What if you use tessallation?
What about riskrunner?

Don't do this, use fallen sun star, or vesper of u don't have FSS or geomags for dps and centrifuge is a nice weapon pair with the catalyst for constant free blind. FSS will give u actual unlimited abilities especially if u close to at least 1 teammate. Believe in me good human I'm a arc warlock main

I think that would only work, if ur worlock or Hunter, my character is Titan, so, I don't think that Helmet would work on Titans

Naw Fists of Havoc is def worse then Stormtrance. Stormtrance at least can kill things.
Then use song of flame lol. Crown of tempests is bugged (or the description is wrong) but jolt final blows will extend ur song of flame duration too.
