  • In this video I will show you how to create 3 different types of loading animations using auto animate in Adobe XD.
    1. Circle with percentage count
    2. Rotating dots
    3. Spinner
Don't underestimate the importance of loading screens in your prototypes! They make your tests feel more real, which is always beneficial when testing usability with users.

The best video about auto animation I have ever watched in internet so far! Simple, clear and easy to understand. I am glade I found this channel.
I have been trying to learnt auto animation for a while, but always could not get the point. Most of the tutorials in RUclips tend to be so overwhelming, talk so fast and so much that I even could not able to catch where their cursor moved and which button they clicked. This channel has made animation learning easier.

Is it possible to make this an a component so it can actually be overlayed?? I dont know whats taking XD so long with these features, I don't want it o be from artboard to artboard! Thanks for the tut good job

That's a great question. Unfortunately, I don't think that's possible with XD as for now.

Yes. Time trigger is not available on a single artboard/component style. I've been waiting for this feature for so long as well.😥

You could fake an overlay and it loading to a certain page with timed transitions and this auto animate. You'd need like pages 4 different pages for one transition tho.

Is it anyway possible to go automatically to the next page after the loading bar finished to rounds? (Basically like on a real website)

old comment, but yeah just connect the final screen of the loader to whatever page it's loading, and have the trigger be "time" and it'll automatically switch to the screen when it finishes the loading animation.

Hello please my loader just moves from 0 to 100 straightaway, with the other numbers not showing in between
    What do I do?

i have a problem sir i dont have 'time' in the trigger option under the interaction. What should i do now?

To have the time trigger you need to select the parent frame. Make sure you are selecting the child component.
