Mordred is easily one of the best servants in the Franchise, an irreverent tsundere that's also a charismatic saber and Berserker at the same time. A complete character in my opinion 🔥.
I love their dynamic so much. Not only do they both bounce off each other so well but they both fulfil what the other is missing. Sisigou provides the father role for Mordred, and Mordred provides the daughter role for Sisigou They deserved better, but god damn they go out so well, never fails to make me tear up
Now since I’d dived deeper in fate I now has some questions. Mordred was poisoned by hydras venom. In Fate:strange fake it was stated by Alcides that it is powerful enough to kill all of Heracles 12 lives, btw the amount of lives Excalibur had taken from it is 6, and that is the sword of planet. Question is what the fuck could Shishigo give her that could outmatch the poison of an age of gods demonic beast? It’s not like he is Gilgamesh who has an antidote for it
@@snowyfate The thing is that it’s too much of a deus ex machine for him to have an antidote for exactly Hydras poison. He wasn’t shown doing any research on Semiramis in order to predict her skills, so why the fuck would he even have something like that on him. The only clue I have is that it was Shishigo who provided Hydras poison to Orlando Reevs in strange fake, so maybe this character is somehow connected to all of this stuff, but I don’t know much about him, so for me the situation with antidote currently looks like a plot hole
@@Дурка-ъ2ф I don't know in the anime, but in the manga Shishigo makes the antidote using the baby hydra he got, and he says about how he made it originally with Quiron in mind, since Quiron was "killed" by that same poison on the original mythology, so it was possible Semiramis would try the same trick (Sorry for any misspelling, english is my second language)

I’ve rewatched some scenes from Apocrypha after my first comment and found out that Shishigo knew the true names of Archer and Assassin so I guess there’s no plot hole there. @skychieftain Karna is the only other option that could be the strongest. The reason is simple. Semiramis has the hanging gardens and is an extremely high-level caster in power despite being an assassin with deadly poison. Mordred was only a bit below Artoria, and Semiramis beat Mordred. Considering Mordred died and Semiramis technically survived their fight. Plus it was only possible because Mordred had a lucky choice of master with magic potions of poison resist/immunity and Semiramis wasn't taking mordred serious by any means. She was toying with her, and that led to her getting 'beaten'
@skychieftain they're very strong. But not on Karna and Semiramis levels. Both could actually die to Smeiramis poison because it has divinity. Basically, she can bypass the heel of Achilles and obliterate Vlad. Plus Vlads only as strong as he is because he's in his nation of origin. And he never even really shows too much capability. Not saying that Semiramis is 100% the strongest in that specific war, but that she might be. At the very least she's on the same level of Karna, vlad etc.
@@jauneork278 that's basically the same as semiramis though. Vlad has absolute authority in Romania. Semiramis has absolute authority in the gardens. Besides you haven't accounted for Vampire Vlad. While the poison could harm Achilles, he can still land critical hits with his chariot while keeping at a distance.

Still trying to understand why the command seal to teleport Mordred didn't work, Amakusa's commands seals were used to stop his allies from being affected by Jeanne's commands seals, he never used them to stop it from affecting the enemy servants
Because the throne room acts as a magic seal of absolute authority. And command spells being magic energy did not work as long as the throne room is closed.

Her castle takes her 72 straight hours of casting for her to make and she needs the specific material to make it beforehand. if she's interrupted during that time she has to start over. she's also kinda useless outside of the castle and cant even use her np. if this had been a normal holy grail war she would likely never be able to summon the castle
