Thanks 😁😄 We must confess, we fell in love with the house and came to an immediate agreement before having an expert check the house. But Lenderd's sister also did a complete renovation, therefore we had some idea of the state of the building. Over the last year (yes, the process took that long) some experts came by. Most of them advised us to open everything up to check for hidden faults, we'll have to deal with the hidden faults as we find them. 😬
