Suspect ARRESTED - allegedly Lassoed and Rape Woman in the Bronx

May 11, 2024 BRONX, New York - Kashaan Parks, 39, was charged for the brutal rape of an elderly woman who was walking in the early morning hours when she was attacked by Parks, police say.
The brutal attack seen in a now viral video shows a man, who police believe is Parks, approach the victim from behind before using a belt to choke the woman unconscious then dragging her by the neck in between two cars to sexually assault the elderly woman.
