@@jf_kein_k8590 Meh, one thing to completely drop your dream, but becoming a near complete opposite? That's different story. You would need to severely retcon Deku character for him to become a villain. Otherwise he would more than likely join for example hero support division, or maby police as detective.

They could kill off his mother at the sludge villain after All Might kills Izuku's dream of being a hero. The heroes probably wouldn't save Inko due to "not having the right quirk." That could potentially be a catalyst for Izuku falling to the "dark side." The villain deku series could be an spin-off with Izuku creating some kind of machine that destroys quirks utterly and completely, a permanent quirk eraser. It would end with Deku winning and the sunrise symbolizing a new beginning for every person on the planet.
