I'm Swedish and I know some Norse Mythology. So the Water Horse is what we call Näcken(The Nokk in Frozen 2) and that is a Guardian Spirit that mostly is depicted as evil. The most common version is a naked Man playing a violin/other musical instrument to lure humans, especially children, into the water and drown them. It can also take the form of a horse, who lures children to ride on it's back so it can drown them. The people they meet in the Enchanted Forest are inspired by the Sami people, an indigenous people group that lives in the Northern Parts of Scandinavia.

Reaction frozen song INTO THE unknown please
The song is in the movie. It wouldn't make sense to react to something you've already seen since they probably watched the movie already.

The Nokk (that horse) is part of the Norwegian mythology (water spirit) that guards the ocean and only let's pass "whose worthy " so Elsa has to kinda prove herself to it . About their parents, if you noticed ,their father was that little boy in the flashback that went to the Enchanted forest. Theory is their Mother**was part of those people (probably source of Elsa's magic) but by leaving her land cause an unbalance /curse. The former Queen sang this lullaby to the girls telling them clues about that place. I am scared Elsa would have to do something drastic to fix whatever went wrong in the past though:..I dont want her away from her sister after all they went through and with only 3 yrs of time reconnecting. My heart's isn't ready!! But It will be so awesome!!
