Skragrott's "loonking entreaty" is an ability and doesnt need a CP, the warscroll says to use this ability before rolling the dice that determines the badmoons location. you would do this before rolling for priority and before recieving CP. Also, the warscroll says this ability can only be used if Skragrtts is your general.

Those Gloomspite are so awsome painted, great colors and lights. On the other hand we got the Maggotkin, OMG I cryed blood when i saw that Glottkin paint job and also the putrids.

You can not ignor the general core rule, of reciving commands in 12" or 18".
I played it rong at the beginning too.
the "command ability" for Skraggot is no longer a comand ability, so it does not requiere command points... that is how it was fixed for 3rd edition
Just a minor miss but when Seth used the glottkins counter charge command ability, it occurs in the gloomspite gitz movement phase therefore they should have got disease points after the Maggotkin units made their charge. Disease points are allocated at end of movement and combat. :)

In turn 4 when Nurgle opted to Heroic Willpower instead of Heroic Recoverying the Glotkin, I groaned in despair. Glotkin might have pulled through with a couple more wounds and then provided artillery support against Scragnot. Excellent game though. We never see enough grots in games. Im only seeing all Trogs in Gitz lists (for obvious reasons)
The loonboss on squig used too many commands during your first turn. Issued the +3” move and then the auto 6” run.
What a surprising turn of events! Love the Gitz, and love to see them in action. Very unique take on Trogg general but a Grot-heavy army!
But I'm interested as to why you decided to get a Loonboss on Squig rather than a Loonboss with Squig. Also, Skragrott not shooting and getting his continuous damage may have helped a lot more early on. But great game nonetheless!
Yeah, Skragrott's 28" ranged attacks with flesh-eating fungus doing continuous unhealable mortal wounds? That goes a long way to justifying his 220 pt profile. Scratch that, he's 230 now. Could maybe have made that 2-wound difference Matt needed earlier in the game... Anyway, I loved the unexpected comeback, and from a humble loonboss no less--very fun!

He did sing a tune. Unfortunately he only helps daemons. The reason I summoned one was for holding the middle objective.

Blessed Sons can pick any enemy unit within an inch, the grot shoulda died without them attacking. This is so sad.

In Turn 4 you could do heroic healing on the glotkin keeping him alive. Also did no monsterous action and no all-out defence in that combat phase. And isn't nurgle keeping the objective in the middle? The Bilepiper is still there

I got a question, when you set up first with unified. Because you have fewer models, can you choose who goes first? I thought in an FAQ it says the one who deploys first wins ties on the roll for the first turn? What is the case?
Whoever has their whole army deployed first picks who goes first

I used an ogor tyrant and some blightking bits. The back trees are made with rotigus staff. And then a few nurglings

Also he should've heroic recovery'd bottom of turn 4.
I would argue Skraggot getting the objective with the Teleport. Only one hero can hold the objective at a time. To gain control with another hero you would have to move the Trogboss off the objective and then have Skraggot make a normal move onto the objective. With rules as written. The objective is non transferable like it normally is in other games. In other games, more than one unit can hold an objective at a time. Apex Predetor has specific rule set for controlling objectives.

How is it that Glottkin can ran and charge?
One of the most annoying aspects of new Nurgle is keeping up with contagion. Several missed points after movement throughout game.
I mean, I dont want to be disrespectfull, mmmbut, he had a unit of BK and the Glotkin against a unit of grots, and a unit of BK against 2 units of trolls, and, he decided to start with the ones that were engaged with grots... I mean, it was 100% clear the other unit was going to die, that was, a very, very bad decision wich I cant manage to understand.

Imma be honest I don't think the glottkin are worth 700 points when you can get more use out of a GUO for 500...which I think is still slightly overpriced.
He's worth it if they remember to use all his automatic abilities like retreat or take d6 mortals

Nope, gotta correspond with keywords for bringing units back. Loonboss on Squig for squigs, Skagrott for grots, Dankhold Trogboss for Troggs
@@jackgoodchild6201 NOt really. You can always bring grots. On top of that, depending on your general keyword, you can also select spider, troggs or squigs. But to bring back grots is always possible. I know it is not the first impression if you read the rules but actually if you read them carefully, you will see they use the word "can" which makes it much more flexible. I learnt this recently from AOS Coach channel discussion

@@francescxdomenechpares7005 I'm sure there are many factors . Are they competitive right now, of course not but just playing friendly games at a store or against your friends and it's not an auto loss every time. I have seen some Trogg lists do pretty decently on reports .
Anyhow I'd rather lose 9/10 games and play with the army I love then chase Whatever the current hot army of the week happens to be

The Fleshy Abundance spell is not something the Glottkin is able to take because it's a daemon-only spell.
Glottkin has a warscroll spell called Abundance of Flesh which is the mortal version of fleshy abundance
the Glotkin has a spell for the Mortal units on his Warscroll - Abundance of flesh. Fleshy Abundance is a dif. Spell

- The Fleshy Abundance, ONLY WORKS on Daemons.
- Try to remember the Ability from the Putrids, they crush enemys at the end of the combat phase!

Abundance of Flesh is a spell that has a casting value of 6 and a range of 14". If successfully cast, pick 1 friendly MAGGOTKIN OF NURGLE MORTAL unit within range and visible to the caster. Add 1 to the Wounds characteristic of that unit until your next hero phase.
There’s fleshy abundance that’s just for daemons, and abundance of flesh that’s only for mortals, abundance of flesh is a spell that is specially on the glottkins warscroll
good party, but Skragottt is using wrong, his hability "babbling wand" and "the loonking´s entreaty" he is your general.....he is the KING....he is always your general.......
Really need to get a separate cameraman so you can measure moves guys. You have enough people, this shouldn't be an issue.
