that is really smart, never would of thought of that. it actually saves a lot of money instead of actually getting a sew-in. thank you !!!!
yes you just apply the closure first and then apply the clip ins as shown
I promise you have THEE best videos! I am SO glad that I found you!
I have heard of making your own clip-in hair, but it was nice to actually see it. Your hair came out beautiful!
thanks!! i dont know exactly how long it will last, but i got some hair from them at the beginning of the year that i still wear and its the same as when i first got it. i usually dont like to make recommendations because everyone has different experiences and different likes, but the hair i've gotten from them has been the best hair I'VE tried thus far
Your technique is unmatched!! You are super detailed WITHOUT being extra chatty!! I love this vid and I just can't stop watching your skills in action :-)
I have seen clip videos but I love the fact that you braided your hair first. Thanks again for the help...be blessed!!!
In my opinion, this is the best and daftest way to protective style with wefts
This really looks like a professional full install. You rock girl
Wow now this is actually a weave I would be down to try! No glue, no crap in your hair, no having to sleep cute, AND THE SCALP CAN BREATHE yaaaaaaaaassssss!
I never seen anyone braid their hair to put in clip ins. You are a genius!! THANKS SOO MUCH. -*What a great idea.
I always install my clip-ins between my own hair. Never thought about braiding down my whole head, good idea!
thanks!! no, i rarely wear clip ins actually. i just wanted to show you guys a different method
girllllll!!! you just saved my pockets...this is so easy for me than making a wig, paying my stylist!!! I love it ...and I thank you!!!!!
thanks! and i always switch up my braiding pattern. as long as its flat, it works for me
I love it! The best part is of course the outcome but the way you keep it so simple and in an organized way makes it worth it and that much better. Will definitely try this, thanks.
thanks!! definitely
I wore clip ins about three years ago. And I miss them super easy!!! I like the hair you used!
yes. tight flat twists should work as well
This was such a clever way for applying clip ins!! I've never seen anyone do it this way before woow!! I love it looks great!! x
Thank u! You are saving me so much time and money! I absolutely love your simplicity and straight to the point videos!
thank you so much Brittany!
its up to you. i kept them in for a week
Great video! I've entertained the thought of trying weave (preferably sew-ins), but didn't want to pay as much as most stylists charge. This tutorial allows me to get the same look for a lot LESS!!! :)
yes i've done it before and it works the exact same way as wearing one with a u-part
thanks so much!
thank you!
yes, you can wear a closure, or do like a flipover method
thanks!
Girl, that hair..YOU DID THAT!! SNATCHED!
anytime!!
i dont seal wefts, but the one time i did i used Fray Check from the fabric store
just bought some clips .. ima try to do it tonight for the first time EVER!! wish me luck
How did they come out ?

Thanks for this video, helps those that don't know how to install hair either by sewing or bonding feel so much better. Love this, well done.
Looks really natural. Thanks for making the tutorial very detailed
you're too kind. thank you!
i have a tutorial on a heatless way to straighten..if you wanna use heat, i would recommend doing it sparingly and to use as little product as possible
thank you! makeup tuts are so hard for me to film for some reason
you're very welcome Gail!
OMG! I've never seen someone do clip ins without leaving hair out. I'm def going to try this when I get some new hair!
not sure if i will make a vid, but its a very simple look. i have on MAC Up the Amp and a very subtle gold on the lid :)
all the time and yes
finally! I've been waiting for you to upload this. THANK YOU!!!
you're very welcome Rhonda!
why thank you!!
indeed!
OMG, I am so excited about this video and cant wait to try this myself. I have been wanting to learn how to install my own sew in and I think this would be a perfect start!! Thanks so much!!
I love you! You are so awesome at what you do I watch your channel almost everyday! Keep up the good work!
ur so welcome!
thank you so much, right back atcha!
it def flourishes more when i leave it alone. i hate having my hair in any given style for an extended period of time. with extensions, i can change the style up while doing little to no manipulation to my natural hair. natural protective styles arent really protective styles for me because i get bored too quickly and end up re-styling it within a few days anyway
thanks! yes, and its MAC Up the Amp..idk the nail polish
Bruh you're genius! I'm gonna attempt to do this, pray it works for me 😩
Love love LOVE this. Cant wait to try the clip in idea!!
I luv this method, it's the same way I do my clips in when I want to keep my hair braided for a little while. It's awesome you shared this method...now others can see how easier it really is. I love your videos btw, you make everything look so easy, not to mention you're flawless finishes....AMAZING!

tresemme heat tamer spray, but i didnt use heat on my natural hair
Wow!! This was such an instructional video! I am going to try this technique. Thank you for sharing
I always enjoy your videos!!!!
yep
great idea that makes a lot more sense than glue and sew in, cant change it up and take care of your hair under easily, thanks a million
Nice!! So simple and easy to do yourself! Love ya channel!
for me, clip ins are a temporary style unlike a sew-in where its a bit more permanent. i wear them for about a week. but u can keep them in as long as you want. you def have to check them periodically to make sure they are secure, but its a simple snap and they're good to go.
This tutorial was amazing!! Just like all the others. I will definitely try this one.
Fabulous as always
Great job. Love this. I'm going to be trying this soon.
how many bundles you use to complete the look since u double it.
Thanks for the tutorial! Another great video!!
GET IT GIRL!!! :) wonderful video!!!! straight to the point!
thanks my luv, that means a lot :)
You're very crafty and clever, you are truly a life saver. lol
This tutorial was more than helpful. I was just talking about doing a video on styles with clip ins. But insted of me having to go buy clip in weave I can make my own! super cute doll!!! thanks
no i did a rollerset to straighten
I love you're channel you're great !!
Thinking of a protective style, I have never done my own sew in or weaves but you make it look so easy, Thanks!
Thank you! I found your heatless straightening method a little while after, awesome. Will be trying soon.
I should try this ! Thanks !
