Why new band? Why a new name! Mike Shinoda, Mr Han and Brad are the cofounders of the band. He writes and always wrote the lyrics and the 3 of them have composed the music. Chester was the last to join the band and they already had their 1st album done. Chester just singed! Don’t get me wrong because I loved Chester but he’s gone and he won’t come back and the others must go go on! It’s their lives and they employee many people behind the stage. I’m just so happy that they’ve returned because it’s Linkin Park above all even Chester… And Emily is very good she hits it and she fits the band perfectly because she has a great voice! "We're so back" My exact words when i first heard it! Feels like old school LP with Emily's fantastic vocals! The video is so well animated too, i love the 3D with 2D elements style Riot tends to use for their projects
The fighting in this one is more symbolic, less fighting which is pretty cool in my opinion.. It was more about the theme of the song, and less about the lore/story about the players. Also accessible for LP fans to enjoy while getting introduced to league Worlds. As both an LP and League fan, its a dream come true for me.
and the double meaning of the lyrics too - it works for the game, but mike and emily push back against all the ones who wanted the band to end after chester and are hating on emily for daring to take that heavy crown in the band - and the rage she must have at those people comes out in the scream. but mikes lyrics - its pouring in (the negative comments about his choice of emily), or 'no going back from this path once its begun' - emily is a done deal. waving a sword (the keyboard warriors hating emily) when the pen wont miss (the song lyrics hes actually singing!) dont want what you cant resist (if you hate her so much and want the band gone because of chester why the hell are you still here?) and so on and so on. the man should be up there with the greatest songwriters! i dont know of any other song that says so much about totally different things in the SAME LYRICS because this song even works (lyrically) for the league of legends video!
Getting a sub and a comment. Love the new singer for LP. Also dont know anything about LoL really. Not into Moba games, but the community around it has always been cool. And I love arcane. And what i love about your reaction is you going and researching each scene and the people involved down to the studio that animated it. Most reactors I see watch this for either Leage or LP. And barely for both, and the ones who do barely speak on the people in it other than Caps maybe and mostly Faker. Maybe a few mention an extra person or so. Good video man.

i see peopel debating 'this or Rise?' and now i seen Rise myself here... no comparison. Rise has fallen, Heavy is the Crown is the clear winner. but the video cant have a finish since we dont know yet who is going to win this year? the banner at the start shows the past. the epilogue shows all the other teams coming to the castle.
