Theres also othere simuler hand wrist finger thum extenders neofect. Anothere isalon glove from alon tree company. It helps with finger thum extention. They help open fingers thumb then person wearing glove device after open there hand then can over power the ruber band or spring or ellastic strap power grab object relese grip let go of object .the saebo flex high profile glove dang cost moor .i think it for people with over powering griping. That glove use springs.
What type of glove is suitable for involuntary hand flexion and flaccid elbow after a month of stroke rehabilitation. There is a little flexion movement in Lt fingers but just shivering and it's a voluntary movement.
If you have no tone or mild tone, then the SaeboGlove would be a good choice for you. If you have moderate to severe tone, I'd suggest the SaeboFlex. If you are just starting to get voluntary finger flexion, I'd also suggest one of the previous devices along with our SaeboStim Pro electrical stimulation device to help you with the limited voluntary movement by contracting the muscles for you.

Hi there. My daughter (11) is recovering from a haemorrhage. She can clench her hand shut but not open the fingers. She has been training with a therapist to extend the fingers and has seen steady improvement. Does the glove obviate the need to recover movement or does it actually stimulate the brain/body connection? I don’t understand if the glove is meant to stimulate specific movement recovery or simply aid independence in the patient by taking over functions that are not possible at the moment? Thanks for your video.

On face book theres a group called stroke survivers from all over the world they good place to ask questions i not find it untill over a year post stroke would of been good if i known of that group way early er. Many oof then say of saebo glove excetra botox type shoots .. For theropy i not see a nuralagest till ater over a year. Nuseng home not inform me they mistbtwo apointment withone . but the face book group hundreds of post strioke people. On the groupe that went through it already. So id say they god ones to ask stuff ?
