The fit was snug around the mid foot at first wear, but after breaking in from a days worth of hoops, the fit was money. The traction was flawless and the cushion was gold. Great hoop shoe overall.

These are probably one of the most comfortable shoes I wear casually. I just didn't like the posits at first because it felt like it was restrictive but when it broke in it was fine.
The heel slip for me really depended on the socks i wore. when i wore thin socks there was slippage, when i used slightly thicker socks, it was reduced, but when i used the nike kd hyperelite socks, no slippage at all.

Love the shoe and the feel but the heel slip is sooo bad I'm afraid it's gonna lead to an injury. Wish they would have taken the strap up higher and put some type of sticky pad in the sock liner to help prevent heel slip. Great reviews as always!
I haven't had an issue at all. Molded/ contours heel plus Foamposite has made the heel perfect for me. Maybe you are wearing a shoe too big for your foot.

You explained the traction but seemed unclear in the others.

i dont know if its everyone but i got kd 7s and they are ridiculous to break in for me i have a wide foot and everything but ive even seen people with narrow feet have a hard time breaking them in its unbearable to try and break them in i even wore them for my whole basketball game felt them after the game nothing changed at all
I wish I could but its just not a category that can be accurately assessed. Too many factors when it comes to durability. Everyone wears shoes differently, some weight more than others while some are lighter. Different surfaces, craftsmanship or factory flaws can create issues. Just too many factors. All I can do is give my opinion or recommendation which is what I did here in this video.
Can you play and wearing them for a long time like the hyperrevs without getting your feet tired? Thats what was happening in the kd 5 elites and i switched to the revs. So are u able to do it as well as the hyperrevs?

I had the same problem but then I tightened them up real good and they were perfect no heel slip:)
I also had this issue but not bad,what do is that i use thicker socks which makes it more comfy and lockdown was perfect.

The new graphics for scoring are really good but I miss the old days when you go 15 minutes on a performance review, especially the big releases.
