This looks like the writers are going to friend-zone Jarly because this would have been the perfect opportunity for them to discuss any lingering feelings.
I knew they were going to friendzone Jarly. Ever since hes come back, he's been pretty clear about how he feels about carly. He loves her, in a certain depth and in way that no one can fully describe or explain, no question. But its not a romantic love. Never was. They also pretty much shut down any chance of him getting back with Sam too. I think they are gearing up to put him with Liz or someone completely new. Jason's done with being in the mob, thats what this whole convo was about. He doesnt want to go back to that life, he's realized its taken too much from him. And he and Liz only never worked out because he always chose the mob. Now that he doesnt want that anymore, hes free to be with Liz.
@@angien306 Jason did have a romantic love for Carly, at more than one time. Mostly during SJB’s Carly, but this Jarly had the whole wedding day confession in 2021. I think they are going to put Liz with Lucky, when JJ comes back in August or September. When Jason was talking about romances, he included Sam and Britt, but he didn’t mention Liz. Jason may be out of the mob, for now, but he still loves his freedom. I don’t see him getting anything else “9-5” other than Corinthos Coffee.
@@redpia215 he only included Sam and Britt because that's who he had been with recently. He hasn't been with Liz in a long time, which is why she wasn't mentioned. He mentioned that he tried to go back to his old life and got back with Sam bc thats what his old life was. He was in the mob, and married to sam at the time of 2012, and still technically married to her and in the mob when he came back. They tried to make it work once she dumped and divorced Drew. But like Jason said, it was a mistake. Then Britt happened after that. Then jarly happened for all of 5 minutes, and then he went missing again. So it makes sense liz wasn't mentioned. He wasn't romantically tied to her during all that time. But now that he's not wanting to go back to the mob, he's now free to think about Liz again, and think about living a life with her. He also seems perfectly content with his job at Corinthos coffee. He didn't want any job carly offered and he seems fine with only running his half of the business. It gives him his freedom and its something he knows how to do very well. So I don't see him ever being bored or restless with it, because he's owned it for nearly 30 years now. And liz has her job as head nurse to keep her always busy and preoccupied too. So it won't always be jason and liz sitting in her house doing nothing. They have their own separate lives that gives each of them their freedom. I think they're going to do a triangle between Liz, Jason, and Lucky.
@@redpia215Yep, seems that way. I'm gonna check back out again, cause as nice as it is to see them together as friends too, I'm over being jerked around. And I most definitely can't stomach Liason part... whatever-ish. 😅 The fans are already running around trying to demote Carly to second place and rewrite Jarly's distant and recent romantic past. Please tag me on a video if the writers ever come to their senses someday. 😂
I think this is only the second time Britt's name has been brought up since Jason came back. Glad it was acknowledged again.

That was surprising how much Britt was mentioned. I would love a way of getting her back. And she has said she wants to return
