- After 3 years of waiting, Barelang pond in Batam Indonesia has finally reopened! Fishing here is really 1 drop 1 fish- lojiak lojiak. Everyone is landing huge groupers and I'm finally here to check it out!
disclaimer- We caught ard 50 fishes in this video, we weren't able to put all the fishes into the video, or else it would be boring.

Do you guys have to check in your rods at the ferry terminal? Were there fees?
From singapore side yes, batam side less strict dont need. It was free check in for my ferry
Whats the procedure to bring in rod? Check in where?

Can you carry on the one piece rod? Or that you need to place them in a rod bag for check in?
You need to check in from the singapore side, not from the Indonesia side. They actually just bring the rod to the place where you sit, so you can take it after you board if your scared they will break it

Just take a 40 min ferry to batam, the take car, closer then you would think!

@@mvku3218 the ferry is currently $70, you can choose to take gojek or charter a van once you are there, transport would cost ard 100-150
