I made it 2 times. It was perfect and your video explains the process perfectly. I used 65% cacao dark chocolate the second time, because at first I used 53% and it wasn't very rich. Also, I used brown sugar, no problems at all. Next, I'd like to try almond milk instead of whole milk.

I would sprinkle the cocoa powder over the served slice so that it can cover any holes from the bubbles and can cover a greater area with the dry, unsweetened powder as a contrast to the silky, sweet pudding. Thanks for the clever and easy recipe!
A bit too much chocolate for me (I usually do this with cocoa and corn starch) but it must be delicious! Something you can treat yourself with once in a while! Anyway, I loved your rake, how you kindly explain everything as to be helpful to newbies too... Overall very sweet, relaxing and funny. Subscribed! 😊

To anyone whos planning to make this, it barely tastes like anything, doesnt taste like anything actually, it just tastes like your just eating flavourless jello. Tried it 5 times, adding much more sugar/chocolate or anything that can make it taste somethi9ng, still doesnt work.

It was very tasty and light with the almond milk, although just a touch runnier than with whole cow milk. I think I preferred the almond milk.

yes but Agar is stronger so you have to use more Gelatin

설탕을 안넣으면 레시피가 달라져야 합니다
한천으로 응고 시킬때 설탕의 양이 응고력에 영향을 줍니다
