I started listening to Hashim after he collabed with anjum a few times and I have never heard a better rapper in terms of technicality and themes continuity than hashim! one of the best in the game
Sadly YS are known for their commercial work only. It is a shame when you come across the fact that TY was a part of 41 songs in 12 months. How many of those were commercial songs? 3 or 4 maybe. Similarly, TA did 34 songs in 12 months I guess. People need to look under the surface. They have more than 100 songs in the last 4 years.
Atleast they are well known, but other than YS , whole Pakistani underground hiphop is still unknown

I’m 35 and I got introduced to rap couple of years back and I’m really into it .

Questions that he couldn't answer i will try to attempt as a hidden artist.
What is a Bar?
A verse has 4 bars. single bar for common understanding is one line.
beat ke metronome per speed depend krti he and then the bar goes on, 16 bars means 4 verse and 16 bars or verses are pretty standard in collaborational rap songs.
How is keyboard versatile?
Keyboard has all notes straightly lined up and if you learn the keyboard you can pick up any instrument play it to determine what note is where and the remap every note in ur mind on the keyboard and within minutes you can play any instrument. jo hashim ne kaha ke software me sare instrument keyboard (MIDI) per baj jaty hen thats also works same the software (DAW) remaps the instrument's every note sound on the keyboard allowing you to play that instrument on the keyboard digitally.
How difficult is it to write a good piece of rap?
Its quite difficult and the hard part is that you dont know at the time of writing that is it good or not. The flowing mind state at the time of writing is incapable of determining the weight of verse if it is whack or jack. the ninja technique is to have a ready or notebook with u all the time (Samsung note series phone in my case as that stylus pen is really handy to write sudden "amad" bars). But after some while of writing the verse when you read it again in calm mind (or at the time of recording) then you really get the taste of your words and sometimes you even point out mistakes in it that could had end up in some diss track against you.
What are rap technicalities?
Rap technicalities includes references or double meaning word play or rap structure just like in poetry. Having same syllable words (hum wazan qafiyeh) and structuring them on the same place in every bar OR placing them differently but still managing to rhyme them. As for references and double meant words we can see an example from famous Talha Anjum in his song, this is so interesting, have a look in this verse
"Mein Shady hu sunny nai farak samajh na
Iski tarah mein ne thoray dino pehle rap chora na
Fake retirement jaise tu bara Mayweather
Bars mein aag November mein bhi de du May weather"
men shady hum means im calm and cool, sunny nhi means im not in sunlight or dhoop cuz im in shade as mentioned BUT shady is actually nickname of Eminem in early days and sunny is the name of the he was dissing in that song "100 Bars" then he says fake retirement jese tu bara Mayweather pointing out Floyd Mayweather's fake retirement publicity stunt then he mentions rhyming may-weather.
Why Dissing Culture?
Its like driving a car if you are a car enthusiast you drive the car normally or insanely on the road by yourself and see others driving too it becomes boring at a certain point then you start competing against each other and its the same in every sport, diss is also same way for rappers to compete with each others even if currently dissing artists meet each other somewhere personally they will be all good nothing personal like friends they might not even talk about the ongoing beef (at least that's how its supposed to be) and sometimes a beef is also started to support a new good rapper or sometime as a publicity stunt as well as it gathers great number of views.
I couldnt watch full podcast because of time shortage of I would love to answer more questions from it but i think this is already too long and no one is probably going to real this.
