you can use a stone board and other surfaces it will just be more difficult because of the temperature. Anything over than stone will unfortunately probably do damage to the surface when scraping.
Can I use candy melts instead of real chocolate? I'm thinking that candy melt will harden quicker than real chocolate and will break when I roll it? Thanks.
Random sidenote: You can always go and pick up a stone/marble cutting board in case you want to save your precious countertop or happen to not have a stone countertop.
