In this instalment of our Faster Higher Stronger series we meet Olympic coxswain Mary Whipple who talks us through the role of the coxswain in Olympic rowing.
Along with reliving her Olympic experience Mary speaks about the legacy she intends to leave behind through her cox school, teaching the youth of today about the sport, learning life lessons along with improving their athletic abilities.
