Love the positive comments here. Just found this page as I was looking for calm testing music. I deal with stresses on a daily. Have anxiety, ptsd, panic attack disorder, depression and I don’t take any for it. It’s very hard to rest at night most of the nights. And this time of year is a struggle for me as I’m missing loved ones the most and are no longer on this physical earth. All I ever pray for as a Christmas wish is 1 more day with my loved ones. Not yet tho. I just have my 3 kids and my mom and step dad and some close friends to help me cope. ( when j I’m decide to tell anybody ) I have a boy but don’t really talk with him bout what’s burdening and saddening my heart. He just tells me to let it go.
To anybody reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. may peace and calmness fill your life.
