Agree! I don't look at the second hand on my watch before exiting. I use my head and slow down to a speed I consider safe. What speed? It depends on the curvature of the exit ramp, road surface, etc.

That is confusing but when I read it again I realized it said "If you are IN the intersection" ...in your case you should stay exactly where you are! Hope this helps ☺️
So many of their questions are stupid. The way to pass is to memorize everything in their booklet, because that's where they get their questions. Like question number 1: The booklet says 5 seconds, but is there anything wrong or unsafe about signaling 10 seconds before the exit? NO, not at all. Road and traffic conditions can make that a better choice, but it counts as an error if you answer 10 seconds. This is the problem with this kind of test. When the people taking the test are smarter than the people writing the test, they can often see beyond the rote answer from the booklet. The test grading makes no provision for this. @@BigGuy8059 it’s always a good idea to review the booklet prior to taking the test, laws sometimes are changed or updated, it’s best to be prepared. Too many people don’t even bother, thinking they know everything then blame the test for not knowing the answer. The test is geared to cover many driving situations not just our individual driving experience, I may have to answer a question regarding driving in the snow even if I never have to drive in the snow. Should I be upset about that? Some people blame the question to make themselves feel better about answering incorrectly. That’s childish in my opinion.
Hand signals are valuable in case your turn signals happen to malfunction and not work. Besides, older cars may not feature turn signals, such as a Model A Ford or other car from the 1930s---or older. Nice try, though.
Question 6 increase your following distance😮😮 during heavy weather and rain and snow.😮😮😮 shouldn't it be decrease your following distance and give yourself some room for breaking ?is it supposed to confuse the person taking the test so that they will get it wrong😮😮😮😮😮😮😮 I think they should rewrite those so people can fully understand them it just doesn't Sounder look right. Or more like keep them in your sight but decrease your following distance as far back as possible without losing sight of the car or its brake lights to give you room to stop
No increase your following distance which means adding space between the cars... increase means add more, decrease would mean getting closer to the car you are following...
"Following Distance" is the Distance between the Rear Bumper of the Car in FRONT of you and the Front Bumper of your own car. Increasing Following Distance means making MORE room between you and the Car in Front of you.
Signal?? Californian drivers??? Too funny. On the highway , Californian drivers think the turn signal is Carte Blanche to immediately take the lane if they use it at all. I have had zero points and no tickets for years, and I got some answers wrong because I thought my 56 years of driving was adequate for the test. Why would I need to know the penalty for illegal things I know are illegal, and would never do?
@@BigGuy8059 it’s always a good idea to review the booklet prior to taking the test, laws sometimes are changed or updated, it’s best to be prepared. Too many people don’t even bother, thinking they know everything then blame the test for not knowing the answer. The test is geared to cover many driving situations not just our individual driving experience, I may have to answer a question regarding driving in the snow even if I never have to drive in the snow. Should I be upset about that? Some people blame the question to make themselves feel better about answering incorrectly. That’s childish in my opinion.
@@Kenna198 It's the "Gotcha" questions that can sink the ship, and the trick is to win the game.
Who has to take this? I don't see anything in the description.
Edit: Apparently I have to take it next year, but may do so online.
Why even bother asking question number five? Nobody hand signals. If I saw that I would think they are drying their fingernails.
Hand signals are valuable in case your turn signals happen to malfunction and not work. Besides, older
cars may not feature turn signals, such as a Model A Ford or other car from the 1930s---or older. Nice try, though.
@@leecox1513 go and ask any 20 year old to show you the hand signals. Then get back to me.
Is there difference in questions and level of difficulty with regular tests vs senior renewal test?
I think the senior renewal test seems a little tougher than the general test.
I think the senior renewal test seems a little harder than other permit and renewal tests.
No difference
California has a NO FAIL online test for seniors 70 and over who are renewing their license.
I love only you Father
THIS IS NOT NECESSARY ANYMORE IF YOU ARE OVER 70
More laws, and more money out of the seniors pockets. Where is the money going to next?
If these are sample questions then the whole test is BS. What does knowing the fine for certain offenses have to do with a senior driving safely?
I’m 75 years
I think I missed 3 not too bad
Es como enseñarle el padre nuestro a el PAPA
Roundabout...yield to the left.
My 78 year old mom don’t drive
but........... CA doesnt test 70+ with a good driving record.

Please keep the questions longer before giving out the answer

I think your distance is supposed to be increased
Your right cherry
"Following Distance" is the Distance between the Rear Bumper of the Car in FRONT of you and the Front Bumper of your own car.
Increasing Following Distance means making MORE room between you and the Car in Front of you.
It should be decrease your SPEED. SO THEREFORE you increase your distance.
Signal??? Wtf who does that any longer?
This state sock...I will never live there.
This is a scam. I paid for this and it didn't even give me one single test. It would not refund my money 😢
Please check again our channel not Provide any paid test, we always provide free practice test.
There is no such thing "senior renewal test" the renewal test is no different from a teenager to a adult or senior.
There is now ... Newsom signed a bill...
What senate bill is that?
You are wrong.
Now.
California 20 dollar seat belt fine?
What planet are you on?
DONT TAKE ONLINE TEST, YOU WILL FLANK, GET THE BOOKLET N STUDY IT.
President Donald Trump 2024🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🕊🕊
Move out of state and not worry about this stupid test.
........until you make a visit to Kalifornia, where the laws still apply, no matter where you live.
This is age discrimination and to whomever came up with the idea yuck few very much.
Signal?? Californian drivers??? Too funny. On the highway , Californian drivers think the turn signal is Carte Blanche to immediately take the lane if they use it at all. On the streets, it’s a way of telling who is from out of State - natives simply don’t bother. That reminds me: I’d like to apologize to NJ drivers. You are no way near the poor drivers I once thought you were.
