TimeRideeeerrrr!! Very nice restoration, Brother! Really like the blue. The grey wheels bring me back to childhood. They remind me of the old steel wheeled Tootsie Toys. Thanks for sharing!
It's easy to make that mistake but, the Vixen had a straight line along the bottom of the front windows that carried all the way around the side and door windows with no droop at the corners. It was also manufactured in the late 30's. You're not just wrong, you're way wrong....but people never admit it so I don't expect you to. But if you compare these pictures, one of which which clearly says "Otter" on the grille. Note the flat, straight sloped front and the little dip at the corners on that example. Otter: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guy_Motors#/media/File:Guy_Otter_diesel_lorry,_Castle_Combe.jpg Vixen: www.historywebsite.co.uk/Museum/Transport/commercial/Guy/Vixen3.jpg Not to mention that just about every wiki I found, calls it an Otter. I'm amazed at the level of research you do on the castings you restore. I wouldn't know where to begin!
I am just a curious sort...
Another lovely job done!
Takes me back, and puts a smile on my face!
Cheers Marc D

Cab isn’t guy motors otter it’s a guy motors vixen you can tell because the otter has a rounded front and the vixen has a straight sloped front
