AM I the only one here who been watching her channel since she had 100 subscribers? 😭😭
I’ve only been subbed about a year, I wish I found them sooner!
I don’t think so and I don’t have the book yet but I would love to have it.
I have the book, and it's lovely 😊 Yes, "cut it fine" is a good translation for the train example. Or even simply "just made it", screwing your face up as you say "just". As for the kanji learning, yes, while in Chinese you can learn characters individually, in Japanese you really have to learn them as words or within words.
田中さんのラジオ、RUclips、ポッドキャストは本当に大好きです。いつも全部楽しくて、 役に立つと思います。私は3年間ぐらい日本語を勉強しています。オノマトペフレンズの本も買いました。素晴らしいですね!いつもありがとうございます!
「オノマトペフレンズの本も買いました。」ぼくも!
The first one in American Midwestern English, we often have a phrase for that. “Cutting it close!” Like if you just jumped on the train right before it left you could say, “Phew! I was cutting it close!” (Phew is an English onomatopoeia for exhaling in relief c: )
My husband taught me a good one for ギリギリ: “just barely” 😊
how great these videos are! Thanks a lot! Please upload more!
本を買いました。 ありがとうございます!
