Arborvitae Damage. DIY Tree and Shrub Care - Repair Damaged Arborvitaes. Tree and Shrub Fertilizer. Best Tree and Shrub Fertilizer, Granular Fertilizer for Trees and Shrubs, Insect Damage, Tree Damage, Caterpillars, Borers, Spider Mites. I prepped the soil using a gardening rake to remove the dead debris and mulch out of the way. Then used the same tool to penetrate the soil to allow for maximum fertilizer to soil contact. Then watered in, that simple! Make sure you follow the instructions.

Im using this on my mimosas hopefully it works have had it for 5 yrs all of a sudde. Whiteflies everywhere on this plant wondering how long before the roots uptake the medicine. It rained all day so waited for rain to stope then used this. Now yhat the roots were presoaled thanks to rain. I used the liquid form because I needed instant absorbing at this point.

How's your Arborvitae after 9 months of application? I have 10 Arborvitae and they're struggling.😢

I only was able to treat 5-6 of these, this stuff is pricy, but plan to do more this year. Also looking at some other products, and maybe some foliar sprays as well. They have moments of struggling for sure, but are still holding up! Have you used any special treatments?

For sure! And rough up the soil around the base of the trunks while you’re at it for easy fertilizer and water penetration.
