    Cuál es la función de esos tabiques por dentro del depósito? Son necesarios para la estructura? Se pueden construir tanques de cuadrados con esta técnica?

    • @cri8044
      @cri8044 Год назад +1

      los tabiques sirven a que el agua pase de un lado a otro haciendo el camino mas largo q pueda. En caso de construcion de tanque de agua no sirven los tabiques. Seguro se puede cuadrado pero redondo es mucho mucho mejor porque las esquinas son dificil y menos fuerte. Redondo es mejor.

    But is it strong

      this one is excessively strong. I've built arched roof 10'x18' with this method by myself alone. I covered it with dirt and made it walkable as it leveled with the hill behind.

    can u use any concrete mix or does it have to be a special cement who does not let water pass through?

    • @zopilotezopilotezopi
      @zopilotezopilotezopi  9 лет назад +1

      is the same mix we use for all constructions....1 concrete and 3 sand....what make the tank sealed and waterprof is the last layer ....the one with the fine sand from the lake....the thin sand seal the tank

      to finca El Zopilote :wow!thats interesting,but you might still have some leeks over time which is a risk I cannot afford ...I will see...nice job.thanks.

      angetodac the tank in the video is fine....no leeks because is not too tall.....i have another one 2 metres hight done in the same way and is leaking a bit few liters a day. Usualy the leeks seal alone with dirtyness of the water....the nice part of the ferro cement is that is maybe leaking little bit , but it never broken

      Finca El Zopilote my friend,where are you?people should start buiding their houses with a water tank,not only for washing and drinking but we will son have our cars running on water...if you want to build a tank,do it perfect,with no leaks...See tridipannels technik.thanks! I would put my tank under the house.

      angetodac Nicaragua men...poor country....we mix the concrete by hands, for this reason is leaking...you can always paint the water tank with sealer painting: expencive but usually good. All my house are with water tank higher of the house , like this i dont have to use pump. if you build under the house you'll need a pump.

      no my friend it doesn't we have 3 of those ferro-cement tank and the oldest still in perfect condition from 2005. the dimension of that is 2 meters high and 5 meters diameter, so with much more pressure in the wall than the one you see in the video
