@@thediygrunt It might be worth investigating. When I preview homes, that is one of the things that I hone into especially homes that have been recently been flipped. A one piece toilet is always better as it is easier to clean; no chance of a leak between the tank and bowl and is expected in homes over a certain price point/quality. Once you go one piece, you'll never go back. Can't speak for the weight of one of these units as I have never installed one but have had them installed many times by qualified plumbers.
I would always consider a one piece toilet simply because it is easier to clean and more appropriate for of a house of that calibre.
I have never messed with a one piece toilet. They seem like they would be fairly heavy since the bowl and tank would be all one unit.
