I've been off-roading my whole life and have been watching Jimmy for years. This is the best of 2 worlds colliding. I'm super excited for the future content with this truck!

As a UK resident I think Josh and the crew have treated you well. Never done off-roading myself but it looks like a blast. Absolutely love what BQR do and they're local to me, been to a few of their car meets and they were some of the best in the UK.

We had an ex Australian Army defender with the cool cut-out fenders, nothing else could touch us off road. It is the best feeling doing the impossible with ease.
That's where these things shine Jimmy. Never try to go too fast on the road. And very slowly on the curves You'll end up upside down. Ask me how I know.😂It will be the vehicle that will make you smile the most out of all the ones you have. Excited to see more Defender content ✌️
I went from S chassis to 4x4 diesels and omg so much fun! So much torque and easy to make power. Not to mention offroad adventures are incredibly fun! Best part the weather doesn’t really matter!
It’s always so fun seeing the guys who usually gravitate towards lowered cars do some actual off-roading. Having someone who usually avoids speed bumps do some off roading always bumps up their shock factor

This is way, waayy cooler than drifting. The guy with the 80 series is the smart one, haha. It'll do everything a Defender will do, but it'll also get you home. Haha.
My lord Jim, not your usual content but fantastic content! Keep it in the UK and go back every couple months to do trips with RJ. Sorry to say but much more entertaining than watching an S chassis build.

They are actually quite easy to flip, everyone in belgium has an external cage around their defs en it kinda looks amazing aswel

Honestly one the best videos I've watched in a long time genuine good vibes. Slightly biased being from the uk owning lannys and regularly hitting the lanes on motorbikes made me smile ear to ear watching from the outsider in

Jim, until very recently I worked for JLR Classic (Jaguar Land Rover) I have since moved back to aerospace, they restore these cars to better than new standard and will even take car of shipping the car back to you
ditch that roof rack and go with the Safety Devices external roll cage and rack with the light bar, Recaro seat upgrade and steering wheel re-trim, personally i would also go with the Bilstein suspension and Alcon brakes they do too.
I still have connections there so pretty confident I could get you a factory tour, their is a lot of cool stuff in there, over 200 cars in the collection

This is amazing Jim! It's cool to see you enjoying something a little different! I've done some light off roading like this in my Nissan Titan and trying to capture it on video doesn't come through all that well. It feels much more crazy in the cabin. Great stuff!

Definitely need to go offroading and camping with Rudnik with his land cruiser when it gets back to the states.
Get it home, modified, and bring it to the Cascades in Washington. Naches pass and some other trails out here would blow your mind mate.
I love when the drift boys do some offloading.... some dirt roads there are wild to them ... I love it it's a hole new experience for them ... need to do a series were people that drift go with offroaders on extreme trails ... from nasty mud and rocks of east coast to moab rock climbs and between then throw the offroaders in some dirt cars

How long till Austin starts modding his LX..😉 Best way to enjoy the UK for sure; I've been there plenty of times but get out of the suburban area's and the scenery never fails to amaze you. I've done plenty of offroading in outback Australia in a old Nissan Pajero. Rooftop tent, all the gear in the back. Ultimate freedom and the best adventure you'll ever have. One with responsibilities as well; when you are the only 4wd on a tough track days away from rescue you better be ready to survive for a week or two when it does tip over.
