At the time 4:19 maybe when you are going up that muddy hill raise your seat, sit down, and switch to a low gear because then you are able to get more traction and it would be easier to climb. I love these mountain bike videos! I also mountain bike a lot and once you start riding at different places you will get better, and it would be more fun!

Hey Sam. I know you don’t live in New York, but there is a great mountain biking spot called Edgewood oak brush planes preserve. There is white (the easiest) yellow (not so easy) blue intermediate and red expert and I’m 11 and I go on reds. And I think you will be good and have fun at this bike moutsin

Don’t hold on the break that’s how you will go over the bars you need to tap it rapidly so it can’t gain lots of speed and it will ruin the brakes much quicker
