Thought it was interesting because it seems obvious to me but now need to reevaluate. I just thought most clients inquired for our Coordination because they didn't want to spend the money and because I was attracting the wrong clients. Miss you & the PWP!

Also, remember sometimes the issue may be your website, but it also most likely is that they need a guide through the planning process since they are busy with life and their own jobs. Your first opportunity to be their guide is the sales call. So instead of taking it as a slight that they couldn't determine the difference from the website, you can reply with "thanks for sharing! We know its a lot of information and this is why we offer to clarity calls to ensure you get a good understanding of options before proceeding."
