Still led bulbs are bouncing from the holder..this problem occurs in off condition and on condition sir..also the problem occurs randomly at all places of my house sir..we have done new wiring sir..then again rewiring also.. from eb side everything is ok sir..we have done earthing perfectly for 5 feet...heavy devices are disconnected.. even then the problem continues sir..pls help me to resolve this problem..
