I'm not trying to player hate, but I wish that these camera men can show more viewings of that gorgeous mansion instead of keeping the camera on Darren Kriz and the realtor. This video shows less viewings of this home and constantly keeping the camera more on the hosts.

This house was insane, the developer was a very talented individual, the onyx backlit dining table was amazing, chandelier in the hall was amazing, the whole place was fabulous. We need to see more of this mans homes for sale!!!

that house is insane, very well finished. Different format was cool too. I think you would've gone through more detail if you had done it alone, however its cool to see the developer going through his mindset over certain design details and you can clearly tell this guy loves this home hence his eagerness to show you around. Loved it
Not trying to be mean but the developer seems like a nice enough fellow and all, but I would prefer if Darren got the chance to show this home the way he's shown others. If the developer wanted to show off this house then he should have done so on his own. Otherwise all we have here is a rushed through house tour. It reminds me of house tours that I've done with real estate agents that are in a hurry and do a rush house tour. A full property tour and its entirety should have been done on this one.

After 4 minutes I had to stop watching and now the next day I am trying to finish it. Immediately wasn’t a fan of this type of tour and I felt like I was missing so much of the home and the views. Gorgeous home from what I could see! Thank you for the tour 😊

Darren Kriz, Bro you really need to reshoot this one. This could easily have been the best video on your channel, but was looking for a house tour your style. This was a complete bummer. Disappointed. You ignored and missed so many rooms and so many details.

This is a very nice house. One of the best works of Roman James. The problem is until now is the price tag and most potential buyers complained about the lack of views but i would take this if i have the money.

Perfect home! Personally the only change I would do is take out the tennis court and turn it into a massive garden that is lush but also you can entertain there!
Ooh that’s a delightful idea maybe a large skylight gazebo with vines running through it lattice style, have a nice fountain in the center with seating around it and enjoy the lush greenery. That’s a great idea c:

This might be my favorite crib from all your vids, Darren. The developer seems like a great guy, but the tour was a little rushed compared to your usual style, showing the details of every room and I really wanted to see it all with this mansion. Nevertheless, another entertaining tour. Salute
The master suite is much larger than my apartment :O 1800 square feet! That’s even bigger than the home I’m trying to save for! 😱 I honestly can’t afford it either. That master suite is huge!

Amazing house but couldn’t help feeling like u were kind of playing 2nd fiddle to the developer. I think u should stick to ur usual format Darren. It works soo well for u. Don’t change a perfectly good format.
