I was crying so hardly when watching this vedio. On one hand, I feel so sorry for myself because my parents didn't know to treat me as an independent person, causing our intense relationship in the last 20years. On the other hand, I feel so bad for not doing a good job as a mum of my kids. I learnt so much from the speeches, I am now feeling better and more confident in raising my kids healthier and happier.
