THIS....IS....AWESOME! Now we can feel how its like to watch King Kong fights in front of our eyes! The animatronics were cool.....because of its size and the movement it makes you feel like......great....its like it was alive and in front of your eyes...but this is awesome too!

I saw this for the first time ever at Universal Studios Hollywood last month and it was AWESOME! No doubt the most intense and realistic 3D experience I ever experienced.
wow i remember going when they still had it under raps an in construction... it's amazing how fast they got this done an how extremely well made this new/re-newed attraction on the tour!
This definitely looks cool and exciting! I'll have to see it in person and decide if it is a good replacement for the classic animantronic, but it looks promising!
That looks insane! I thought is would be a pretty cool 3D show, but with the rocking tram and the giant screens, it looks truly amazing! And that part where the T-Rex took the back tram, I wasn't sure if it was real or not at first! I have to go on this!!!!!!!!!!

if I worked at an amusement park, there would be ALOT of things that I would get sick of. But the sound at 6:57 is a sound I don't think I'd ever get tired of hearing--the sound of people being completely enchanted and fascinated.
@9ALLEN9 It also adds something very special to an already stellar tram experience. Really can't wait to visit the park again to experience this sometime in the near future.

I went today it was awesome but the old one was a classic its a shame that it burned down, They should remake the old one just how it was before for people that never experienced it so that King Kong can be experience in the classic way and the modern way.
Tried it this summer and must say was freaking awesome :D the video gives a very good impression of the experience. With the depth u get from the 3D and the physical feeling of being there you are going to love this ^^ very nice video btw

@samtheBigZ Yup, this was it! I know, i expected it to be a bit longer, but believe me, it's still worth it. It's truly unbelievable! It's so thrilling and the sense of falling and going fast and getting dragged, etc is unbelievable!

Universal does alot of rides like this, this is basically what Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is, but in HP u fly in the air and ur feet dangle, and theres actual props in the ride its not all a movie its half and half.... i think this is really universals strong points!..... great video, this is quite intense!
I must say, the ride looks mighty impressive. Reminds me of Star Tours and Back to the Future a bit, but taken to the next level. Very impressive. This and the Harry Potter attraction in Florida is really proving that Universal can actually beat Disney at their own game if they set their minds to it.
Pity, I was still equally a fan of both of their movies (*except for DreamWorks.) since before one of my favorite composers James Newton Howard made the OST's for my favorite Universal movie King Kong and one of my favorite Disney guilty pleasures that came out in 2021 called the Jungle Cruise, he also made OST's for my previous favorite guilty pleasures of Disney called Dinosaur,Atlantis, and Treasure Planet lol.
Hopefully this will inspire Universal Studios Florida to bring back their Kong attraction.But as a stand alone attraction.Just like the original 1988 King Kong Encounter inspired Universal to build and create Kongfrontation when designing Universal Studios Florida.
