    Great video! I’m trying to simplify pitching techniques for my 9 year old grandson. I watched this video in slow motion the second , third and fourth time and gave me a better understanding of what both coaches are trying to get across on pitching 👍👍👍

    Awesomeeeeeee! I put an upside down bucket far in front of my son and a little knot on the towel end. The harder he comes down the louder the bucket sounds when the knot hits.

    Fantastic video. My son is a 13U pitcher throwing high 60's. Not overpowering but very good at staying in the zone and hitting his spots. Works with a great program here but love your channel and the knowledge your taking the time to pass along. This was some great stuff right here. With him being a lefty even better. Thank you.

    Coach Madden, Enjoy these videos with Coach Berrios very much! What Pitches mound are you using in this video? I want to get one for my Grandson and this one looks like the one i've been checking out. Players Choice 8" Pro Mound. Just ordered the Towel Trainer! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and talent! Hey coach, I recently got hit in the face with a ball and it hurt a lot. Now for some reason I’m kinda scared of the ball and I’m not catching it the way I did, got any advice to not be afraid of the ball?

    • @joelpozos4499
      @joelpozos4499 3 года назад +1

      Buy some foam balls and play catch with those. Once you see that you won’t get hurt, you can move on to real baseballs.

    • @calebmiller580
      @calebmiller580 3 года назад +1

      I’ve gotten hit in the face plenty of times. Just play some good old fashioned catch with a friend or something and have fun with it. If you ever feel like you’re gonna get hit, you’re glove is your shield. Don’t even worry about catching the ball if you’re too afraid during practice, just swat it away. Eventually, you will gain confidence and will have a way out in the back of your mind if you are afraid you wont catch the ball. Hopefully that helps. It’s what helped me.
