Do you have any idea in how many days they will review my cancellation request and start the process. They already mailed me that my documents are reviewing but its being 2-3 days already

They could have notified me whether my documents are verified or not and cancellation request is approved or not. Instead that they sent me a mail saying documents are received and it will be verified but it’s been more than a week then don’t respond to my mail.
Suppose i am taking loan from the bank and paying this 12 lakh of amount on the date as mentioned,then after few days i get a call from a better collg than this n i initiate the refund,but by the time i have to deposit such amount in other collg as well to confirm the seat,then how would i get the loan again? As another bank won't approve the new loan coz of the cibil history,how would i pay my admission fees then? If before the refund from nmims i have to pay fees to the new collg?
If I assume the second college you got is the better one, and you have finalized your decision then go for an education loan, submit the loan sanction letter to the respective college, and get a date extension for it. If you have no cibil history etc, then take help from your parents, working friends etc . Call the respective college branch managers(whichever bank it is) and tell your situation they will surely give a viable solution.
If I take the loan would it be transferred the refund amount to my bank because after that if I get a better college then how come the loan issues will be resolved ?
Hdfc Credila claims that they have the option to switch your Education loan when you want to shift to another college. I'm not very sure about how SBI works regarding shifting.
I'm also aspiring for getting seat this year. I'm not sure about the multiple merit list thing. Let's see if it's there they will surely mention that in the forthcoming announcements.

Mumbai campus will have higher corporate exposure and placement numbers than Bangalore. If you're more interested in marketing then HR is not going to be a path for you. Prioritize which one you want >Better Placement and exposure >Specialisation But it's your call to choose between the two campuses, dig a little deeper and find some linkedin profiles of Alumnis of both campuses, connect with them and ask for the personal experience regarding the choices.

For such huge amounts, Education loans will be provided by Banks like SBI, etc, with a minimal interest rate. Not to worry about this finance part.
