got the 2.0l amazing in the snow mine has leather, trailer package, navigation, roof racks heated seats and power liftgate 72000km later zero issues we love this vehicle start /stop doesnt bother me, super comfy on long drives avg 9.3 to 9.9 winter in an area with lots of hills
Holy Mackerel !!! The car is going for $30,000 wherever you are living? I bought mine two weeks ago as a used vehicle with 1,723 miles from a well-known dealership here in Western Idaho for just under $21,000 plus sales tax, dealer fee, etc. The family who bought the Ford Escape SE AWD decided it was too small and bought another Ford, but much larger. I have the silver with the gray interior. After two weeks, I'm still trying to work my way through the 499-page manual. I always believed in the "Keep it simple, stupid" way of living, but I'm still trying to figure out how to do the basic things. I think Ford needs to give classes on how to operate all the gadgets -- and I don't even want to listen to the radio or plug in a cell phone. My other car was a ten-year old Hyundai Sonata with only 21,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, it landed in an irrigation ditch, which totaled the car plus fracturing my sternum and a few ribs, because the air bags didn't deploy. The lesson here is to stay away from irrigation ditches whenever possible or else hope that your airbags are working !!!
@@ChristopherCarReviews I have a 2.5 in mine. I drove it on a 12 hour drive to Wisconsin last year and was getting 31-32 mpg on the interstate as long as I kept it just under 70 mph. That was without using cruise control like 90% of the time. Combined (I drive mostly suburb and not "highway-stuck-in-traffic" commutes) and get 27-28 mpg. I use non-ethanol premium whenever possible.

It comes in intelligent 4 wheel driver as well , I should know because Mine has the intelligent 4 wheel drive and I love mine.
I have one of these, 1.5 liter with front wheel drive. Good vehicle - only complaint is that its slow from a red light.
has it been a good ownership experience so far?

After only 37,000 MI had to put $1,200 worth of work into it so if you buy this vehicle make sure you get the extended warranty
