    Your channel is a Resource Center, there are some info that can only be found on your channel! Thank you.
    I have a question, as a small business, is there any disadvantage of choosing a really low share capital? Eg, if Small Business A chooses a N9,00,000 Share Capital and Small Business B chooses a N100,000, are there pros and cons?

      Thank you for the compliment... Smaller share capital simply means less chances of investors investing in your company. The higher your share capital the higher the value of your company. If you want to go big with your company and invite investors with big skills or monetary capital... You have to have higher share capital that they can buy into.

    Hello madam! I just came acros your video and I love it. I have a question about share capital allotment. For instance, if I have a 1m share capiatl and I have 70% and the partner has 30%. Under the share allotment, does it mean I will have to allocate 700,000 unit to myself and 300,000 unit to the partner in other to reflect that structure? Thanks

    • @EasyBitswithLana
      @EasyBitswithLana  Год назад +1

      Yes, 700,000 unit is yours while 300,000 unit is your partner's. In essence, you own 70% of the company while the partner owns 30% of the company...
