@@LucidButtonMasher well now characters like May and Nago can't just have burst safe routes for free and actually have to spend resource to bait it like the rest of the cast
I'm ok with certain animations being naturally burst safe as long as it's not abusable. Bust safe routes have always been a thing

Lol first I've gotten a compliment, usually the opposite. It's a free software called Lightworks. Only exports 720 60fps free, and it's a bit slow at times but it works
@@LucidButtonMasherDavinci Resolve is free and from my knowledge lets you export in 1080p it's my current go too editor(at least for my speedpaints). Theres some limitations if you don't buy the upgrade thingy, but nothing that should heavily impede you from my experience.
I've tried it and I'm super resistant to learning something new currently. The 1080p is pretty nice though

this is literally factually untrue? burst baiting still exists in strive, what are you talking about. I frame moves and disjoint still beat burst. jump cancel air block still beats burst. RC still beats burst. Height still beats burst.
burst baiting is like, ridiculously common in strive, what do you mean? watch gobou's AWT sets and you will see that every single setup he does in the corner has like 3 options to be burstsafe at whatever point. ofc, that's zato privilege, but even sin has a lot of burst safe routes, if you're willing to sacrifice maybe 30 damage.
