If we can't get Nagelsmann or Flick, I say Poch stays. The squad has developed from the disaster that was the post Tuchel era, and the squad (apart from the embarassing penalty incident) does seem closer and good plays have been happening more frequently. Immediate success is very odd and we fans should be more patient.
I just hope and pray that we end up higher in the table than Man United.

To be honest, I was potch in as I tried to believe in the process and DID see some positives to his management. However, this video has been an eye opener for me in the sense that potch has made crucial mistakes with what if situations…i.e. vlahovic would have got us more goals/points, youngsters would be more prone to being loaned out and for me the most important aspect being player management. These past couple weeks has shown me that whilst he could potentially be there statistically, he cannot direct the players into the mindset other big club players have. Madueke, jackson, sterling as well as the pure regression of certain players i.e. colwill, chilwell, badiashille etc…i’ve said time and time again that i’m potch in, but i think its time to go. Even if we pull a miracle and beat all of these teams we’re about to face and grab 6th, i still would be potch out atp…🤕what a shame.

We need top level players to come in, not players based on potential. Between Disasi and Badiashile, one of them has to leave to balance the books. We can't have that CB partnership ever again. Poch needs to leave period, we need a serial winner.

That’s what I was saying too but just off of how angry his in game decisions make me especially in the Arsenal match because where were the bloody substitutions after the piss poor defense. All of his strange in game decisions just makes me want someone else.
@@alondremartindale903 I do agree, but we have too many rotations of managers and it’s not sustainable or doing us any good, the players aren’t going to get better if we keep changing. Baddy last night gave away the ball every time, we didn’t stand a chance
@@AR-vp1db I agree with the way too many managers part, but with the players getting better part, though that is true we knew the available strikers and defense was lacking. Despite that our manager thought it was best to loan out a left back when we didn’t have one since both were injured and relied solely on Jackson, the least clinical striker in the Prem rn as our only striker he wasted the January trans mkt. This manager leaves me very confused.
@@alondremartindale903 I do completely agree with you as well, I have been calling for Maatsen to play most of the season… especially when we have Colwill playing LB and not CB. And the Jackson experiment was over a long time ago for me, stick him on the left wing and play a kid through the middle or should have just let Broja try and play his way into form if we weren’t gunna buy anyone
