hello mister, got a few changes as I cant get what ur build having atm for the watcher eye, since the build doesnt have phasing I added phasing while affected by haste with the grace mod for the despair+sanctum wither jewel, I'm using despair on hit with withering step on gloves, removing the smoke mine. other changes I took the chaos mastery which recover life by killing withered enemies will this be enough for now?
@@TheTalamier I dont understand eiter, using leadership price u need to match attributes not resists for it to work. If hes talking about the amulet 'the match'' is only for purity of lightning/fire/cold
Wait so for the unique jewels, we dont need all of the mods listed in the pob? like for watchers eye, get one of chance to Evade Attack Hits while affected by Grace or Damage leeched as Life while affected by Vitality, that which jewel get increased Effect of Withered and Shocks from your Hits always increase Damage taken by at least #% and ignore the other mods on pob 1 of this build?

It's hard for content creators to give price estimations as prices go up because people wanting to play the build or there are people flipping items. You would have to calculate the cost yourself by looking up the items on trade. There are ways to reduce cost by for example corrupting obliteration wands yourself for the 20% aoe corrupt or settle for lower rolls on the items. Maybe there is someone in rue's discord or here in the comments that can give you an estimation on how much it cost them. Cant help you with this one, sorry.
If you want the same exact items the watchers eye alone is like 50+ div. But you don't need an exact copy of the items to get started. Considering awakened gems and all I would say ~20div should be enough to get started. I myself put it together for close to that.
The aoe implicits are there for the explosions. You want the aoe so your explosions are bigger so you have better clear. If you dont care about that, then i guess you could skip it.
Can someone explain the phys as extra chaos calculation in more detail? I though, because Penance starts as 100% phys, we are getting full value out of "gain as extra" but rue says it doesn't?

Hey rue, what does " match leadership.........." In notes of pob mean?
Leadership's Price. In order to get all the alt ailments, you have to match all 3 ele resists.

why balance of terror for withered? isn't there already wither on hit from ascendancy?
You cant sustain 15 stacks of 2s debuff with 25 percent on hit chance

Match the +3 to max to fire/light/cold to whatever purity of fire/light/cold you are using.

It starts at a 50% phys conversion to lightning
