i really love morgana but i find her so hard to play in high elo, as a support her Q and E is good but it would be BETTER if her W act as a slow so you can land Q easily or if her R has longer range or make you tankier (cause you die before the stun even procs) , but otherwise i think she is the best when you counterpick
This is THE rune page I've been running on Morgana support since glacial got changed back in S11~ It made her almost blindable with the amount of flexibility it provides. You could run mage with luden/zhonya/banshee, warden with locket/redemption/anathema/vow, enchanter with rylai/mandate/shurelya (RIP Moonstone), or any combination of the three. These days, nothing feels too impactful on her, since the mage items keep inflating in cost, tank support items can't keep up with the damage inflation, and enchanter items have their stats and effects nerfed every other patch. It's brutal out here 😭
