Just found this video. Am 66, and of a generation that was taught to use oils, grape seed or olive oil to sauté…never thought to use just veggie broth and it worked perfectly. Made the veggie soup today using all ingredients with a few pantry changes….red potatoes, mixed frozen veggies and a basket of fresh sliced mushrooms added near the end. I used one bay leaf, then sprinkled in some Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids to give it a more savory flavor. Great, easy healthful recipe. Looking forward to doing the beans/rice recipe next. Thank you.

Yes, I'm 61 been eating vegetarian since the 70s, alot of stuff we have today were not available back then.. Start eating plant based in small steps at your own pace and you will find its easy than you thought.. This channel is one of the top channels for Plant Based ( Vegan ) Dr. Mc Dougall has a few good books for recipes too, Strach solution.. Slow and steady wins the race.. ❤️👍🥳🥑🥑🥕🌽🌞

Burritos...whole wheat tortillas: sauteed red and green peppers, onions, black beans, cilantro, tomatoes with taco mix ( or not). Include cumin, chili powder, salt, etc. Slather Greek plain yogurt on each side of tortilla to bind tortilla together...oh, yeah plant based or real cheese on top of mix before rolling up.
Burritos are awesome! Definitely a staple around my house😊

Pasta fagioli is one of my store cupboard recipes - a can of borlotti beans, some pasta, some stock.
Also bean chilli with a few different cans of beans. And polenta- one of the best. So delicious! 😊

Thank you. Anywhere from 25-60 grams daily. It depends on the day of course but eating lots of fruits, veggies, beans, and whole intact grain you’ll get a lot😊
