Hello , if I am installing a Temporary Main 100amp Outdoor Electrical Service Panel with 2 ground rods 6 feet apart within 3 feet of a Shed Sub Panel . Will I be required to add two more ground rods at the Shed Sub Panel? Even; if, I have Main and Sub Panel bonded to same two Ground Rods ?

If you have a remote distribution panel in the detached structure, in your case a shed, you would indeed be required to establish a grounding electrode system at the shed. Now, if the main panel and shed with remote panel are that close, nothing says you can't use the same ground rods if you wish.

how are you testing 25 ohms or less

You invest in a 3-point fall of potential meter or an Ground Resistance Meter which are expensive. Here is the cheaper option - www.fluke.com/en-us/learn/blog/grounding/earth-ground-fall-potential
But, its probably easier to just put in (2) ground rods.

@@MasterTheNEC thank you that’s what I figured. It would be interesting to have one to experiment with. I never used one

I am researching a question. 200 Amp panel. Need to run underground service conductors to two spots in rear of property. How to calculate all this? 1. Determine distance? 2. Determine future potential load? 3. Go to two tables in NEC correct?

So the ground rods must practice Social Distancing as well?
