Here ya go GSR! Your Official Unofficial Members List: Band-Maid Is: *Akane Hirose (Ah-kah-nee or Ah-kah-nay) -Drums, Nickname: “Ah-chan” and "Gorilla" because she eats lots of bananas for her stamina and is a BEAST on drums. Lost her "little hat" back in 2018....a sad day indeed....you'll find out the more you get into them.. *MISA (Mee-sah) - Bass Guitar, Nickname: "The Barefoot Assassin" MISA always performs barefoot as she states she likes to feel Akane’s kick drum through her feet, and "kills" and just murders that bass. *Kanami Tono (Kah-nah-mee) - Lead Guitar/Genius Songwriter Nickname: "Mincho" “Kanamincho” ……Miku’s guitar Sensei. Kanami is the driving force behind Band-Maid as she challenges the girls to be the best and pull out their God given talent they never knew they had in them. *Miku Kobato (Mee-koo) - Band-Maid Spokesperson/Rhythm Guitar/Lyricist/Founder/Backing Vocals/Lead Vocals…hardest working girl in music. Nickname: "Little Pigeon" (Miku’s surname means “Little Pigeon”) ....po! Getting caught up in Band-Maid means going down the “Pigeon Hole”…….. no rabbits here. Miku is a former Maid-Cafe employee and Japanese Idol. *Saiki Atsumi (Sy-kee) -Lead Vocals Nickname: "The Princess" “Si-chan”. I call Saiki "The Princess" but Miku is The Queen….. Saiki is Kanami’s “crush”......and Saiki just keeps getting prettier and her voice keeps maturing as the years move on. Band-Maid as a whole just keeps getting better every single day.
Kanami is a playing a PRS private stock custom made beauty. Miku is playing her signature model Flappy Pigeon Zemaitis. Misa is playing her signature model 5 string,Black Smoker bass !
@@GuitarSoloReactions As for the guitar solos, FromNowOn, Onset, and WithoutHoldingBack are must-listens. There are also versions of some songs called "White Room Versions," so be sure to check them out. You can really see how skilled they are at composing, playing, and arranging.
Also, check out the live version of Turn Me On from the Zepp, Tokyo concert in 2018. It has been reposted in excellent quality and has some face melting guitar work ! ❤️❤️
Kanami used a Mesa-Boogie Triple Rectifier head for years but recently got a Bogner Uberschall and a Bogner Ecstasy Pandora. Misa used to use Orange but switched to Aguilar. Miku has stuck with her EVH 5150 so far. Misa's basses are all from Black Cloud, a Japanese guitar company in Nagano. They are customized for her. She has one that looks like a beat-up Fender bass. The body color, at her request, is the yellowish color of cigarette smoke stained white walls as found in an old music club or venue. They pre-distressed it to make look worn (you can see the wood of the body on some edges). But it is an utterly new bass. She has at least five different ones.
The songs already released earlier in the year are just Band-Maid awesomesauce! The six new songs are so tightly integrated and complex, it's going to take a Tokyo minute to assimilate. But I already love Forbidden Tale, and especially The One. 😉🤘 btw - We should all wish a "Good Luck" to Band-Maid's new self-run management company: Maidit, Co., LTD! Will they managing other bands, boost Cluppo and Maiko projects, or tour more internationally? Or maybe they will expand their business interest to other sectors of the music biz outside of Band-Maid. I believe Kanami wants to get more into composing, scoring and production. And as for Miku and Saiki, the sky's the limit for what they'll want to do in merch, fashion and art, etc.. Thx, Brian!
That middle drop was a standard jazz groove- great to hear in a rock song. Don't forget, Misa and Akane both studied jazz as part their diploma at music school in Tokyo.
Thanks for another great reaction to Band-Maid. I agree with you on Saiki's unique vocals. How about an instrumental? from now on (Official Music Video)
Rinne or Warning MV's if you'd like something heavier. Manners/Black Hole live if you'd like to hear 2 more sides of them groovy/crazy. Bestie, About Us, Memorable, Wonderland etc for their softer side

*Not* “Ah-kah- *nee* .” More like “aah-kah- *neh* ”
R.I.P. tiny hat.
Band-Maid are their own genre. You will discover that in time 🙂👍
Kanami is a playing a PRS private stock custom made beauty. Miku is playing her signature model Flappy Pigeon Zemaitis. Misa is playing her signature model 5 string,Black Smoker bass !
And Akane is playing with her signature drum sticks :D
Saiki now needs a signature mic since everyone else has signature equipment
Ironically, one of the few band-maid songs without a guitar solo. 😊
Not the only one on Epic Narratives - The One likewise
Just gonna say that....😊
Oh and have to agree with From Now On an instrumental you must see VERY heavy
Looking foward to doing that video next.

Thanks for guitar and amp information, very helpful.
She blew her Bogner head at a show this summer and had to go back to her Mesa Boogie. Not sure I'd she got her Bogner repaired.
Zemeckis is a Director (Back to the Future) the guitar is Zemaitis. Miku (vocalist/guitarist) is an official Zemaitis artist.
Yes, thanks. I mention this mistake in the comments in the previous video.

Masterful songwriting and storytelling 🔥❤️ Kanami is genius 🔥❤️ Band-Maid 🔥❤️
So good!.
It’s ironic that Guitar Solo Reactions picked one of the only two BAND-MAID songs with no guitar solo (as far as I know).
Soon to be rectified.
You play guitar great.❤❤❤
This song is my favorite.
I'm learning a lot from watching you play guitar.
I subscribed to visit often.👍👍👏👏
Thank you for watching and thank you for subscribing.
🤘🤘🤘🤘
Someone's progginess is peeking out here. Haha
not pop punk! classic rock.
It's got pop-punk 'element' too. It's Band-Maid. They do what they always do, Band-Maid thing.
