Then I forgot it, then remembered it, but all i could remember was a part where you climb a waterfall with ninja dudes on kites attacking you. Mid 80's-mid 90's had amazing arcade games.
This is a really awesome obscure Capcom game. It has kickass music, fantastic Far East art design, cool power ups and difficult but fun gameplay.

Wow. What incredible variety in sprites, backgrounds and enemy behaviour! It puts a lot of other games from the same era to shame.

I've played a version of this - the first boss is a bit like Blanka from Street Fighter 2. - The end boss looks a bit like M.Bison also.
Also, there's an enemy that resembles Hsien-Ko from Darkstalkers series.
